Sony officially became a major place in the virtual reality (VR) sector this week with the introduction of its Project Morpheus headset. Announced at yesterday’s Driving the Future of Innovation at Sony Computer Entertainment, the device is designed to offer VR experiences on the company’s PlayStation 4 console. VRFocus recently caught up with Aram Jabbari, PR Manager at Sony Computer Entertainment America, to talk about the headset.
The in the video about, Jabbari gives a quick overview of the new headset before talking about the different input methods that it supports. There’s also a rundown of the different demo that the company will be showing off throughout the week.
Sony hasn’t shared a date or price for Project Morpheus just yet, but VRFocus will be sure to update you as soon as it does.
