Oculus Offer Support to Tale of Tales’ Sunset

Tale of Tales recently launched a Kickstarter campaign for their forthcoming videogame, Sunset. Within the official page for the videogame the development were asked if Sunset would support the Oculus Rift head-mounted display (HMD), to which the developed responded in a very non-committal fashion. Today however, the team have been having a very public discussion with a representative of Oculus VR.

Taking place on Twitter, the virtual conversation began as Developer Relations Manager, Callum Underwood, stated that he’d backed Sunset on Kickstarter and issued a ‘demand’ for Oculus Rift support. The developers replied to this via their official Twitter account, suggesting that they would be keen to work on this if they were able to make it work with their existing design. Tale of Tales also requested a high-definition Oculus Rift HMD. Underwood responded, stating that he would be willing to help with both design feedback and hardware.

The conversation follows below, verbatim from the two Twitter accounts involved in the debate, and VRFocus will keep you updated with all the latest details as the development of Sunset progresses.
