A recent update to the official Oculus VR Share beta, a platform for sharing a range of different virtual reality (VR) experiences, has revealed a new project from indie developer Rail Slave Games. That project is Selfie: Sisters of the Amniotic Lens. A very early teaser of that the title can currently be downloaded for free on PC and works with the Oculus Rift VR head-mounted display (HMD).
The full experience for Selfie: Sisters of the Amniotic Lens will be a flight simulator set inside a single room. For now, players can visit that room and look around it using the Oculus Rift’s head-tracking, though none of the intended gameplay mechanics are currently present. In the full title players can expect to control a number of different creatures include a fly.
Just when the full experience for Selfie: Sisters of the Amniotic Lens will be released is currently unknown. VRFocus will continue to follow the title going forward, reporting back with any further updates on its development.
