One of the most anticipated events on the virtual reality (VR) calender, Oculus Connect, is finally here. Registration for the developer conference, which takes place over the next two days in Hollywood, California, opened just a few hours ago, with developers just starting to get passes and network before the first sessions kick off of the day. Those that are heading to the event might want to take note of a new app Oculus VR has launched that’s entirely dedicated to the event.
The Oculus Connect app is currently free to download on both iOS and Android. It serves as attendees’ official handbook for the event, offering an up-to-date schedule, information on all of those speaking in sessions throughout and other information. There’s even in-app links to users’ email and Twitter accounts so that they never need leave the app during the event. It’s the perfect way to keep track of Oculus Connect.
VRFocus is of course at Oculus Connect and will be bringing you updates of all the event’s news. What does the conference have in store for the future of VR? Keep checking back for the latest.
