Last week saw indie developer Unello Design launch not one but two full versions of its relaxing virtual reality (VR) experience, Eden River. The studio first released an Android operating system (OS) version of the title with support for the Google Cardboard smartphone-based head-mounted display (HMD). It then followed that up with its full launch of the PC edition of the title via Steam. Now a new launch trailer for the latter version has arrived and can be seen below.
The clip, which lasts for just over a minute, grants a brief look into the peaceful world of Eden River, in which players simply look on as they drift downstream. The title is set on a tropical river, with wildlife gliding past the player as they enjoy an acoustic soundtrack from lead developer Aaron Lemke. Two modes arrive with Eden River, one consisting of a linear journey and another allowing for an endless experience.
The title can currently be picked up on Steam for £8.99. VRFocus will continue to follow Eden River‘s progress, reporting back with any further updates on it.
