It’s been a little while since Untold Games has provided a fresh look at its upcoming virtual reality (VR) compatible adventure title, Loading Human. Since passing a Kickstarter campaign to develop the title’s first episode last year the developer has been hard at work on bringing the title to PC and Mac with support for the Oculus Rift head-mounted display (HMD). Recently the team released a new trailer for the title, which can now be seen below.
The minute-long trailer is comprised completely of new footage from Loading Human, which uses motion controls such as the Sixense STEM system to allow players to realistically interact with everyday objects. Narration, seemingly from title protagonist Prometheus, can be heard overheard throughout. Players will control Prometheus, who has been tasking with locating a massive energy source that can power a machine to save his father.
It’s not yet clear just when the first chapter of Loading Human will launch. The developer hopes to also bring the title to PlayStation 4 with support for the Project Morpheus HMD, although this is yet to be confirmed. VRFocus will continue to follow the title, reporting back with any further updates on it.
