The San Diego Comic-Con started on Wednesday 8th July, and as previously reported by VRFocus, Conan O’Brien the popular US talk show host will broadcast his show Conan from the event using a 360 degree camera which viewers can see in virtual reality (VR) using Google Cardboard. O’Brien has now released the first video for the event.

Those who already own a Google Cardboard can view O’Brien’s current Conan360 videos straight through the latest version of the YouTube app on their smartphone. The app has a Cardboard symbol in the bottom right of the compatible videos, which then splits then screen in half to use the Google Cardboard head-mounted display (HMD). If you don’t own one then the videos can still be traditionally viewed with 360 degree rotation.
