New To VR: Take A Virtual Cultural Trip To Florida In BIC Virtual Gallery

It wasn’t that long ago on VRFocus’ New To VR that we had a string of atmospheric horror experiences. Now it seems after a museum exhibition on Monday, Tuesday’s cinematic recreation and Wednesday’s virtual reality (VR) video camera we seem to be on an creative experience streak at the moment which is being continued today as we take look at a VR art gallery.

BIC Virtual Gallery

Developed and published by Cutter & Cutter Inc, the BIC Virtual Gallery is a digital representation of an actual real life gallery based in St. Augustine, Florida. BIC, which does not relate to the ballpoint pens of the same name but instead is short for ‘Brilliance In Colour’ has been created to allow people who would not necessarily be able to visit the real thing to be able to do so; although the creators note it should not be considered as a substitute for visiting the real thing. Users being able to roam freely through the gallery and interact with the artwork as they see fit.
