The VR platform which was co-developed with Oculus Rift manufacturer Oculus VR, fits all of Samsung’s flagship smartphones; Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 Edge and Galaxy S6 Edge+. The consumer version has made several improvements over the original Innovator Edition for developers with a reduction in weight and a more ergonomic touchpad.

There’s also a sizeable amount of software that’s downloadable for the headset with numerous apps, videogames and 360-degree videos available. New content is released on a weekly basis with popular titles like CCP Games’ Gunjack, Coatsink Software’s Esper 2 and video apps from Vrse and NextVR just some of the experiences worth exploring.
