Bartenders Taking Over The World in Dungeon Brewmaster

Can a simple drink change the course of history? It can in Dungeon Brewmaster.

A single choice can have a variety of consequences, some of which you will not see coming. Like the proverbial butterfly flapping its wings and causing a hurricane, your small actions can influence big outcomes in Dungeon Brewmaster.

In Dungeon Brewmaster you take on the role of a magical bartender whose job is to serve a variety of weird and wonderful patrons their required beverage. How you act and what you serve can have major consequences, and not just for you.

With a magical recipe book full of fantastical drinks and poisons, you fulfill the requests of the customers who come into the bar. With a huge variety of ingredients, equipment and tools, you’ll need to create unusual brew. But what you create and who you serve it to can have drastic repercussions that will be felt far outside the walls of your tavern.

Dungeon Brewmaster has been launched on Steam Early Access, and is intended to be an example of expansive, interactive storytelling which allows the player to have a real impact on the direction and tone of the story.

The currently available Early Access version has a sample storyline that allows players to drive the outcome and lets players meet up with locals and experience how to handle the tools and ingredients, there’s also an endless mode that lets players experiment with the tools and ingredients, unlocking new ingredients for the main story mode in the process.

The full version will include a more expansive storyline mode, lots of voiceover works and original designs and animations. The developers at Super77 say they are keen to get feedback from the Steam community to discover what works and what doesn’t and create the best quality experience possible.

Dungeon Brewmaster is available on Steam Early Access for HTC Vive, Oculus Rift and Windows Mixed Reality, priced at £9.11(GBP), a 20% discount on the usual price of £11.39. Further information can be found on the Steam store page. Further news on new and upcoming VR titles will be here on VRFocus.
