Hazel Moore is the chairman and co-founder of FirstCapital, an investment bank specialising in advising high growth tech companies on M&A, private equity and growth capital. Hazel has a varied background in tech and M&A; with over 25 years’ experience advising on corporate finance matters, she’s worked with technology companies and investors, great and small. From acquisitions to exits, IPOs to MBOs, Hazel’s expertise means she’s served on advisory panels and spoken at conferences across Europe and the USA. Recently Hazel won the 2016 First Woman in Finance award and the Best Corporate Finance Advisor for 2015 Women in Private Equity, as well as having spoke at many key industry events including Beltech, InspireFest, the London Stock Exchange & the Pujiang Innovation Forum. Hazel was recently announced as a judge at the 2016 European Women in Private Equity awards, and will be chairing a panel on emerging technologies revolutionising innovation at this year’s Innovate 2016.
